OUR MISSION

 

The mission of Metaphor Percussion is to champion the music of upcoming and underrepresented composers while helping to bring new and exciting works of art to the percussion repertoire.

As educators, Metaphor Percussion offers a variety of opportunities including:

 

- Concerts 

- Masterclasses

 - Clinics

 - Multi-day artist residencies

We regularly work with institutions and organizations around the country including universities, high schools, and community camps. Topics in the past have ranged from chamber coaching and one on one lessons to hands-on demonstrations and musical collaborations. The gallery below shows just a small portion of what we do!
